Proof that we can always be the fastest and the cheapest at the same time! Yes the video is as obnoxious as you would expect. The Hennessey Venom GT Spyder did 265.6 mph (427.3 kmph) and became the World’s Fastest Convertible a couple weeks ago. And...I’m over it already. Now back to making fun of Mustangs and M4s.
I’m kidding, this is badass! Probably would have gone faster if Brian Smith’s balls weren’t weighing it down. I really think 300mph is happening this decade after watching how effortless 220mph. Happy 25th Hennessey Performance!

Has Koenigsegg even gone about getting a recorded top speed for their cars? I don’t recall ever hearing about a speed record run for the One:1.

They used to be all about top speed way back with the CC8S & CCX but more recently have focused on all-round ability.
